Just clarifying if it is actually like what Clarke says about how any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic with Red Science being able to create artificial Judgements.

I don’t know if red science can create false-judgements, but evidently something can, or the dawn machine doesn’t exist.
More personally, I believe the rubberies have ties to it, though.
