So, I’ve noted that social actions seem to work differently lately. One thing that always annoyed me is the fact that you need to be IN London for many of them to work. I was wondering if that changed and if I can not accomplish actions at, say, Port Carnelian or something.
I think social actions have always required one to be in London.
