I’ve had the ‘Clad in Conspicuous Garb’ quality for the past week or so now, and the card to get rid of it still hasn’t popped up. It’s supposed to be Standard Frequency, right? Is something up or am I just unlucky?

I’ve had the quality twice now and still not seen the card – ditched it the same way as you both times.
