So I see on the wiki that the result of an action will sometimes have a ‘Player Summary’ as well as the main text. I’ll use where I’m at for an example; the success for ‘A burden’ storylet in Ambition: Light Fingers: 49 has this additional text on the wiki that isnt in the same place as the rest of the text in the game: [spoiler]
I just want to know where to find the player summary, because it would be a big pain in the ass to check every important action on the wiki to see if it even has a summary but I would be remiss to miss out on any of FBG’s amazing writing, however inconsequential it may be. You find them exactly where you’ve seen them and have included in your screenshot of the wiki.
As the name of this field states, this is an optional summary written by players. The wiki is not an official source, but fan created. We can’t include the full text from the game (for copyright reasons), so some contributors have occasionally tried to add their own summary of an action’s result in case the main point was unclear from the trimmed text.
If you find a page on the wiki where you feel that it’s unclear to the reader what happened, feel free to add a player summary of your own, using your own words.
Ohhhh, I had thought it was something in the journal if you record it or something similar. The way they’re always written reminded me of quest descriptions in your questbook in a video game. Thank you for the help!
