Not Quite the Significance I Wanted

So, my Dangerous hit 100 (with equipment bonuses) far ahead of my other stats, but I wanted my elevation to POSI status to be through my Watchful or Shadowy qualities. So for some time I kept turning down the card that started that particular path. Finally, my Watchful reaches an appropriate level, and the opportunity card mentions Watchful being at 100. I accept the cab, meet with the nice lady in my quarters for a chat, and then she promptly sends me off to Watchmaker Hill to make a Dangerous check.

So, do I still have a chance to become a POSI on cerebral terms? Or do I just have to bow to the fate I have been assigned?

That part of rising to importance involves going to all four starting areas and confirming that you have 100 in each quality. There is no differentiation based on what stat you get to 100 with first.

The point where you can specialise in one stat is still far away - it’s the second tier of POSI. Becoming a standard POSI needs 100 (modified) in each stat, then when you reach 200 (unmodified) in one stat you can choose to become a specialist POSI, which allows you to mentor people as a Patron and use Notability to increase that stat over the cap of 200.
