I got three visits from Sacks this season, then I just stopped getting the cards to be visited. I’ve been there to pull out 6 or more cards a day and I’m still not getting any even when there doesn’t seem to be any reason for it, even when it’s a common card. Should I send a ticket to the support team?
I don’t think so, but they should become storylets before the wicket closes, so even if you can’t draw them, you will have a chance.
I have the same problem. I have Experiencing Strange Times: Twelve Days of Mr Sacks at 1 but have not been able to draw any Mr Sacks cards in two days.
Could it be related to not being online in 4-5 days beforehand?
Also, when do the cards become storylets?

It’s just RNG. I’m not sure if any of the previous days have been turned into storylets quite yet, but if you’re still waiting on Day 2 try looking for it among your normal stories.
Any clue on where the storylet could be?
I would assume it will be quite high up but I am unable to find it anywhere. Checked Lodgings, Explore the Christmas Season and everywhere I can go(still not a PoSI).
Also I can see the Penstock’s Wicket, if that would be of any help.

It’d be Universal, so I’m guessing it’s not a storylet yet. Keep an eye out, though.
Thanks for the quick reply.
(Is this double posting?)
I wish you luck with the cards!
(No, but even if it were there aren’t any rules against it)
On a connected topic - how long will the Wicket be open? I’m currently stuck in the Court; when should I rush back not to miss anything?
Weird - I’ve just drawn the Day 9 card and it has Ubiquitous Frequency, and I also just drew Day 4 with an alt, and that one has Abundant Frequency.
FYI - I can confirm that the cards for (at least) Days 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are now all using Ubiquitous Frequency.
Which probably explains why my cards this morning included one at "Infrequent" and two at "VeryInfrequent" Frequency, and I’m still stuck on 5. That brass embassy room is retreating into the distance…
