Apparently I’ve been playing for all this time and completely failed to consider that the House Of Chimes is Big Ben / the Palace of Westminster. :-)

Hmm… Either the clock is still functional, or London fell just short of three o’clock, it would seem.
Or someone in the House of Chimes has fun moving the clock hands. Or. Ororor, the hands are used to convey messages between spies, dictate secret meetings, even warn London of when the Vake is hunting. THINK OF THE POSSIBILITIES.
