Are there any players who rejected all the advantages of level 1-3 professions (bonus item, sometimes hard-to-get items as a payment) to become a doctor? I’ve just accepted the position. Now i’m thinking about weekly visits for the sake of roleplay and who knows what gratitude brings.
Being a Doctor or Notary during Christmas gets you this option from Mr Iron-Sacks, which is a nice little bonus. The pay is pretty nice too. I like the flavour of the other professions, but I’m sure there are those who’ve also chosen this path for their permanent profession. :)

Nice info, thanks. I’ve got a bright idea! Many social interactions are unused because are less profitable or more consuming than buying bottles or using specific cards. Therefore, players interact less. It’d be great if Doctor become an interaction-based profession. Would be a great testing for adding more such professions, doctor’s actions don’t need more real explanation because that’s what he do. He still won’t get any bonus professional items, and only money in payment, but could have been presented with stuff from nurtured players. Anyway, that’s quite a personal desire but still.
