This sounds fun, though there’s much more than only these things.
Maybe some more?

Scorched Soul - Sell your soul to the devils and retrieve it successfully. Dreaded Dominion - Reach maximum Forceful and non-Fate Locked Dread level Bizarre Being - Obtain maximum Subtle and non-Fate Locked Bizarre level Respected Restraint -Obtain maximum Austere and non-Fate Locked Respectable level edited by Honeyaddict on 1/7/2018 (I edited Master’s Minion to "Reached C:tMotB 10") edited by Honeyaddict on 1/7/2018
Is there a non-fate way to raise Connected:Masters beyond 10 now? If not, then I find it odd that you specified “non-fate” for lodgings and BDR but suggested C:M 20.
Master’s Minion - Reached 20 Connected-Masters of the Bazaar.
That’s quite an achievement. Even after getting to the "standard" max of 11, you’re looking at 144 more CP. During the 12 days of Mr Sacks, you can get 10 CP, but that’s once per year. So you’re looking at a decade and a half of grinding Connected Masters during Sackmas to get that achievement…
Unless there are other options to increase it after 11? Temple Club?
FWIW, there’s a story that gives a few CP (to the tune of 3-5) and can be reset repeatedly for Fate. (Meaning you’re looking at four-digit fate numbers.) Passionario achieved 19 using that, though he then sacrificed it for Seeking, and I don’t know if anyone ever surpassed that record.
There May Be Exceptions - Connected: Masters equal to 20.
Resident of The Sixth City - Assure your place in the next life by having Connecred: Masters 30.
Mister, Mister! - Meet every Master.
Look, You Got The Achievement. There Aren’t Any More Achievements Past This Point!! Don’t Bother, Stop Now!!! - Acquire at least a single point of SMEN.
Worth 100 Gamerscore - Abandon the search for the name. You rational person, you.
Did You Just Assume My Gender?! - Change your gender. You… rational person, you.
Did You Just Assume My Species?! - Change your species… or at least try to. You… rational… entity(?), you.

Which storyline are you referring to? Jack of Smiles? Affair of the Box? I remember spending a little fate on resetting the Occasionally Seen at Mr Wines’ Revels storylet, which has an option to raise Connected: The Masters by 1 CP per run through. Not sure if it’s capped at 11 though.

There’s a list somewhere I could dig up of endgame goals, but this is more fun.
Contradictions - Become a Scarlet Saint Quirky Individual - Have all quirks at 15 simultaneously Always look to love - Get married Rodent power - Get married within St Fiacre’s or the Bazaar itself Fungal Menace - Obtain all three Blemmigan items Collector - Own 50 companions Completionist - Own 100 companions Improbability - Own 119 companions* Madness - Own Hesperidean Cider, the Heptagoat, and the Seven-Fold Knock simultaneously Oblivion - Have all four main stats at 0 simultaneously
*Via the wiki, there’s currently 154 companions in the game. Off the top of my head, conflicting/retired/etc companions include:
[ul][li]The seven profession companions
[/li][li]The eleven faction companions[/li][li]The Salt Weasel, Haunted-looking Dog, and Rubbery Euphonium (rare pets)[/li][li]The Hysterical Monkey, Cardsharp Monkey, and Half-Wild Mandrake (Ambition items)[/li][li]The Cheery Man and Last Constable feast companions (unless you reset Family and Law halfway through, take the other path, and never finish the story) and the Cheery Man’s Absence[/li][li]The Seared Snuffer and Woman in Yellow[/li][li]The Imperturbable Patroness, temporarily obtained late in Flint[/li][li]Sister Lydia and Sister Lydia, At Peace With Herself (presumably)[/li][li]The Secular Missionary, Revolutionary Firebrand, and their upgraded forms (though that’s not entirely accurate)[/li][li]The Rubbery Associate and Rubbery Conspirator (awarded by Failbetter, the most recent I’m aware of for iOS beta-testers in late 2015) [/li][li]The Gilded Crustacean, Parabolan Panther, Bitter Saker Falcon, Handsome Lad with a Healthy Appetite, and Wolfie (retired)[/li][/ul]
By my count, there’s 35 currently-unobtainable companions if we include the CM/LC conflict, the Rubberies, and Patroness. edited by Optimatum on 1/8/2018

I thought that the Salt Weasel, Haunted-Looking Dog, and Rubbery Euphonium were mutually exclusive, like the Grubby Kitten and its ilk; that you could only have one of them. If that’s not true, I’m going to hunt the others down!
