I specifically worded that statement to avoid this part, because I missed it myself. If I shake my memory really hard, it drops something vague about Parabolan Queens (?), who drove the devils away (?) after… something? That’s all I know, and that may be completely wrong.

I have personally removed 236 of them.
Having forgotten about it, i recently noticed again the line about Soulless londoners being shipped off to Hell. Ummm… why?
(10) If the deal was for their soul, and soulless people are (ostensibly) fully functional - why do they need to go to Hell?
(11) Why do the devils even want them there, now that they have no souls left in them to harvest?
High Wilderness questions:
(12) What’s our local Judgement’s name? "The Sun" seems quite generic, especially since Dawnie Cockwork here is so persistently lauded by that title.
(13) Why is Shinny illegal? I understand it’s addictive (plenty of drugs are, and they don’t appear to be outlawed) and causes nostalgic melancholia (boo-hoo, so do unseasoned hours; try banning those), but that hardly adds up to a case for making something contraband throughout known space. Especially when the only other goods in that category, are either directly subversive to the establishment, or require the full-on long-term torture of third parties to produce and to use.
A friend of mine asked, after i told her about Hours as a commodity:
(14) Would it be possible to regress someone from adulthood to childhood, using Hours?
(15) If so, would they retain thier memories? (After all, the extension of life via hours doesn’t prevent the forming of new memories, right?)

(5) Do we have any lore at all about the Far Shore? Is it purely a neathly feature, part of the general treachery-loophole that exempts the Neath from all things Judgement…al? Or does it have a place in the broader cosmology?

(5) The Far Shore appears to be a Neathy feature, because when you die in the High Wilderness you end up in one of the Kingdoms of the Dead, the Blue Kingdom being but one of them. Unfortunately, Skies staunchly refused to actually explore the concept so we know very little about the mechanics of the afterlives.
(14) No. You can use them to stretch time but not to turn it back.
(12) Unknown. My own headcanon is “King of Spheres.”
(10,11) If I remember, the 12:15 From Moloch Street Exceptional Story explores this concept, but I don’t remember the details.
Always thought that the Boatman brings you to said kingdom. He says something about being in employ of stars.
The hours cannot be used to reverse the flow of time, only to distort the speed in both directions (almost to a halt, if needed). Neither can you use them for actual time travel.
