I’ve just realised that all of my plans - both active and completed - have been entirely wiped out!
Huh, that’s strange. My plans are still in place, so I’m not sure what might have happened. Maybe email support?

I lost mine as well. I’m reasonably sure that it happened when I used the plans tool in the iOS app.
Yes, that’s my running theory as well.
While I was beta-testing the iOS app, my Plans were wiped frequently. It appears that the release version still has this problem occasionally. When the app says something along the lines of reverting to a previous character, it is about to revert your Plans to an earlier cached state.
