FBG is auctioning Cider for charity

FBG has again donated a Firkin of Hesperidean Cider to the auction of Con or Bust, Inc. (of which I am Secretary/Treasurer). You can find the auction here; bidding is now live and runs through May 7. (There are lots of other cool things up for auction, too!)

Con or Bust is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit that increases racial diversity in SFF fandom by helping fans of color/non-white fans attend SFF cons. Learn more.

Good luck to everyone!

… and that was another very entertaining auction! :D

May I be the first to congratulate an Individual Of Mysterious And Indistinct Gender! And may the Cider keep you in good health from here to The Stars.

Just shy of two thousand dollars? By Stone, that’s quite a donation!

Hesperidean Cider, meanwhile, costs 92,486 actions’ worth of Soul Trade grinding, or 4,624 20-action refills and one 6-action refill, or 46,244 Fate, or $8,260. Our winner got their Cider for approximately 75% off! What a steal!

Alternatively, one Cider is 512 Ray-Drenched Cinders purchased at the entrance to the Cave of the Nadir. At 50 Fate each, plus 25 20-action refills and two 6-action refills, that’s 25,858 Fate, or $4620. If our mysterious and indistinct winner was perfectly situated in-game for optimal money-to-echoes conversion, they still managed a whopping 57% discount!

It was quite the auction, and special thanks to Saint Ginneon Thursday and Mr Deltoid for running the race with me. Thank you to Con or Bust for the opportunity to help with something greater than I. Thank you for all of London and her Masters for connecting us all. Thank the Garden for Eternity.

And to show my thanks to you all, a share of eternity? Because immortal alone sounds terribly dull. Stop by for a sip and a chat any time~

A race well run indeed! And well done supporting such a worthy cause, Cross Lake.

I do believe you mean Scarlet Saint Ginneon Thursday. ;)
