Your link to the beta in this post has extra characters that make it unusable, but the URL works. I’ll experiment a bit and see how the beta is working for me.
Version 2.12.13 is out. Apologies for the delay in announcing an update; it’s been a busy week, during which we did some long-overdue work on the beta servers, which may explain some of the problems around logging in. If you are on an older version of the beta, then it’s expecting to receive data from the server in a slightly different format, so things won’t work. Please refresh your browsers, and if that doesn’t work, please do file a report at fallenlondonredesign@failbettergames.com.
I don’t have a changelog for this update. Most of the work on the front-end has been unglamorous housekeeping: fixing bugs, adding automated tests, improving performance, and then fixing the bugs I added during the previous steps.

Version 2.13.1 is out on beta. 2.13 happened in conjunction with some changes on the back-end, so you will definitely want to refresh your browsers. The most recent changes have been mostly behind-the-scenes, fixing and simplifying the way that the app updates when you gain/lose items and attributes when playing storylets. Some of these are fixed and some of them will take a little more time.
Thanks, as usual, for your patience and for all the bug reports so far!

Checking out the Beta with my account open through the Storynexus version for comparison…and I’ve noticed that the beta does not display your Echoes, only showing 0.00 (I currently have 198 Echoes 48 Pence) edited by Deathjack999 on 8/28/2018
Edit:Now the link just takes me to a pulsating Failbetter Logo edited by Deathjack999 on 8/28/2018

Good spot, and apologies for this — I have just deployed an update to 2.13.7 that should fix this, along with a couple of other issues.

Quite a few people! This particular message was related to a bug that was triggered by acquiring a new item or status. I’ve deployed version 2.13.24, which should hopefully fix it (or at least cause it to morph into a different and more interesting form).

Version 2.16.6 is up on beta; please refresh your browsers — especially if you log in via Twitter, as we’ve also pushed some back-end changes in this release. This is mostly a bugfix and optimisation update: the only real change of note is that Facebook login on mobile should be more consistently functional.

I have been extremely forgetful about posting updates here; apologies for that! Work continues, however. 2.16.38 is up on beta.fallenlondon.com (you have probably noticed the version number inching up over the last while).
Here’s a short list of changes since 2.16.6.
Playing branches with cost requirements should now update your Possessions to reflect the items you’ve spent.
"They Say…" on your profile is editable again (with a 150-character limit).
The map icons were a bit lower on mobile devices than they should have been; they’re correctly placed now.
Opportunity card quality requirements in tooltips are a bit easier to read.
Snippets can be shared.
We tweaked the layout of equippable items to fix a display bug that was affecting quite a few Safari users.
The ends of storylets (including changes to items) are handled better than they were before, so it should be harder to get stuck.
The +/- buttons on the Bazaar buy/sell popup are a bit smarter and more usable.
Changing equipment on small devices is easier; you can now tap a slot to see a popup of items that you can equip in it.
Full-screen switching should work on Apple devices now.
A whole bunch of fixes to the social action invitation screen mean that it should be better-behaved henceforth.
Payment methods can be deleted.
As always, thanks for the continuing bug reports!
