Lots of game updates, including some extremely exciting updates to the site, which we’ll be asking for your help to test. A prodigious thank you to all FBG owners and staff, past and present, for crafting such a wonderful world that we get the opportunity to immerse ourselves in. It’s truly a remarkable game and experience.

(I wasn’t able to appropriately congratulate yesterday, but, like so many other things, I think it’s fine to blame it on the Treachery of Clocks ;D ).
My, my, my, all those exciting things to come! Can’t wait to find out what this "big surprise" will be. It’s always a great time to be a Fallen Londoner, but at the moment it’s seems even greater!
so I know I may be late on the draw with this, but I really appreciate the darkening of the ambition card, and the slight change of the picture. It’s these small touches that make me love London so much
Please ignore the single-pixel imperfections on some of the letters - that’s not a mistake, but an artifact of not using the exact same software with the exact same settings as FBG.
Also, here’s some notes on specific words:
RUMOURED is a bit more of a guess than others[/li][li]CARTOGRAPHICAL also fits on the previous poster:
MYSTERIES is a guess past the "MYS" part - it could also be MYSTERY or MYSTERIOUS[/li][li]That lone E may also be an F
The not-Ambition-related part of the patch notes that Hannah just posted indicate that Unprovenanced (formerly Outlandish) Artifacts are about to be a big deal. I suspect this is related to the content of the poster, but I’m not entirely sure how. I had some ideas, but then I realized I was conflating the artifacts with Unearthly Fossils.
Today, Time the Healer tells me that "A Consequence of your Ambition – is now In three more weeks, you can collect a reward at your lodgings".
And indeed, there’s a new quality under Accomplishments:
A Consequence of your Ambition – In three more weeks, you can collect a reward at your lodgings You have changed the world, and the world remembers. [Every four weeks, you will be able to claim a reward in your lodgings. The nature of the reward will be determined by the choices you made in your Ambition.]
So now we’ll get monthly Ambition payments on top of our weekly Profession payments? Nice! :D
We will. TtH giving the quality seems to be a bug, though. The quality was first seen as one of the qualities received after finishing Nemesis, but TtH’s timer didn’t count it down as intended. Bug report was submitted, TtH now counts it down… but now also gives the quality for those that haven’t finished any ambition yet. I even have it in my ambition-less accounts thanks to it.
