Because you didn’t complete the temple? I don’t think there was anything too important you missed. If you poke around in the early pages of this thread you can probably see what happens.

I was holding off on the Bishop’s last offer. Now, however, the storylet has disappeared for some reason. Anyone know what’s up with that? Have I missed the opportunity forever?

For some reason also while I was there, I regained the you are seeking the kanapt quality.

Regardless, does anyone know where I can find the action in game to reset the story?
I have a very strong desire to bring elimental secrets, dread surmises, mountain sherds, and judgment eggs (If those were one of the part one rewards, I never did find what the rewards were for part one, thread too big.) up to 7.

If you finished Flint, the only thing you can still do is travel to Apis Meet. There is no way to re-set, you have to re-purchase (Fate page). And unlike the other ES, it is not discounted the second time around.

I’m about to go on an expedition, and it says I should have as many valorous inclinations as possible. but I did every option available to me at Caution and got none. is it not there, or do I not have some quality needed?

I believe you need either 5 or 3 passphrases to see the option, if its still not visible after that, you probably maxed them out before arriving.

IIRC you will get opportunities to get some during the expedition. And on top of that, they are not essential.

So I just finished my expedition through the Bleeding Forest and along the way I got to build a new home for some rather insistent bees, which gave me an intriguing quality. But after trekking through that forest for about 4 times as long as I needed to I complete my trip and I lost that quality.

But I never found out what it was for. Did anyone else build a new home for the Huz and then after that had another encounter with them? Or is that quality likely only there so the game knows you shouldn’t encounter the Huz again, as you’ve already got all the help you can from them?

Edit: Ah, I see from earlier in the thread that there is indeed some content related to the Palace of Wisdom that I seemed to have missed. Can anyone PM any info on what I missed out on?

I have heard I can get deep zee catches in this story, but where?
Are etholiths and live specimens also obtainable?

They would be somewhere in the elder continent, I think in caution. I don’t know about etholiths, but live specimens are not there.

IIRC you can get Deep Zee Catches, Royal Blue Feathers and Solacefruit in Caution. You can get Knobs of Scintillack and Carved Balls in Apis Meet. Definitely no Live Specisms or any Eoliths.

I began the Flint Story. Reached Grey Vineyard and needed to make a choice to either turn my deputy (The Sardonic Music Hall Singer) into a statue or not.
Turning your The Sardonic Music Hall Singer into a statue prevents any more dealings with her?
It seems that the other choice is “Stay with me. Live.” need a deputy regret Looking Forward. Where did I receive this choice?
Before this I needed to drink from a cup and then was presented to drink from a small cup or take the second cup.What happened if i drank from the small cup?

what to do to bring my deputy back? I tried that variant and it always say that the deputy made its choice and I need to step back. And it doesn’t brings my sardonic music hall singer back.

Well, good time for someone to pop this up, because I’d like to ask: Did anyone choose to take the Flint in part 1? What happened when you met the Patroness again in the Prison? I’d like to know what happens in this case and if you refuse to return it to her.

If you’re playing on hardmode, you can only bring your deputy back if you tell them to focus on the future in the conversation between Apis Meet and Caution. If you let them focus on the past, they’ll stay in the Vineyard as a statue and your Acquaintance quality with them will be wiped.

I think you can still make their acquaintance again once you return to London, but I’m not certain.
