Oh yeah thatâs a tough choice.
The Attendants has a whole bunch of story tie-ins, including with other Fate-locked story. Probably one of the most-referenced Exceptional Stories, if not the most. Also still one of our current best sources of information about certain parts of the Second City, even with later stories filling in some of the details.
Personally I remember liking the story itself as well, although it seems I rank it higher than most.
The Thing That Cane In from the Fog has one of my favorite pieces of game text in Fallen London.
Game text: Whatâs the worst that could happen? Metatext: This will actually kill you. Note that this is entirely separate from the incident Phryne mentions above.

I think I hit a bug, I havenât been able to revisit/reset a story for too long, unless i canât count (sadly plausible)âŚ
