Does changing profession cause you to lose the earnest of payment? That is, can you change profession and then cash it in for the second profession’s reward?
No, you can safely change profession wile the Earnest of Payment is unlocked. It will just disappear momentarily while you’re getting your new profession, unless Time the Healer comes by before that happens.
