Did not recieve fate from purchase

I purchased fate about ~1 hour ago yet my account has not been credited with the amount I purchased. I know this is not the exact place for this kind of post, but I looked around and found no mention of support email or other way to contact.

Does it usually take a while for my account to be credited with fate or is something amiss?

Try refreshing, that might fix it. Otherwise e-mail ebbugs@failbettergames.com. Either they’ll help you or direct you where you need to go.

I tried as much, to no avail. I also tried relogging with either the email or twitter yet nothing. I’ll email them - thanks!
