I attained an Impossible Theorem - on my first try! I was almost looking forward to having to reattach my limbs a few times.
Finally, after five months of constant grinding (And roleplay kept me away from rats and my future wife from helping me, so it was mainly legal documents and cellars of wine) I did it! 10000 points for the wedding. :D And thirteen days before the date we set. Now we just have to wait for it. ;)
I finally drew "Skin of the Bazaar" (after drawing literally every other rare card not locked to a specific location. A couple of them twice.)
So at one point a few months ago, I drew a mood card. Not a day later, I had accidentally discarded it.
Well, a couple of weeks ago, I drew one again.
…And then another.
EDIT: And would you look at that, I discarded another one of them!

I finally got around to grinding out the stake for getting the pleasure yacht on my main. Won on my first try. And there goes every bit of good fortune I will ever have in the game ever again.
I just got a Blemmigan Secretary from a Bundle of Oddities–a surprise package from the "trade in your notability’ card when I got the gift instead. What a really cool companion! It was a complete surprise–I didn’t even know it was out there to be found.
After encountering An Unlikely Garden in the Nadir, I managed to beat the Persuasive challenge and get the Searing Enigma (with an appropriately enigmatic piece of text). First time I’ve ever beaten a challenge with a difficulty of 1000.
16 days ago, I posted about regaining my soul earlier than expected. I promptly sold it again, and guess what. Today, One’s Public returned it yet again! Who would’ve thought! This is probably the 6th time I’ve gotten it back, and always through One’s Public.
Today is the happiest day of my character’s life. He got married in St. Fiacre’s, reached 15 Notability, drew an unsigned message just after that, then before using it went to Cave of Nadir to say goodbye and… Got Woods in Winter two times in a row and a searing enigma from Unlikely Garden. Returned to Lodgings, used sc to rise persuasive to 200 again, get 215 and… First card drawn - Amanuensis :D A happy day indeed!

You didn’t perchance drink a small vial of golden liquid this morning, did you?
Tomorrow or so I’ll have in my possession 100 knobs of scintillack. Which is not exactly a notable achievement but still something I’m proud of.
…And what will I do with it? I might host a marvellously expensive tea-party. Or, perhaps, I could set the foundation for a castle made from Scintillack, palpitating and pulsating with Axile energies and emitting apocyan-hued light.

Having drained out my Notability last week to become an Extraordinary Mind (itself a celebratory event), I decided this week to rebuild my Notability. Some polite invitations got my first level quickly, and a few symposia for the cheery arachnophiles picked up my second. Then I picked up a third through 3rd-tier conversions, and at this point thought, eh, why not? I got a fourth, and then though, eh, I’ve got two days left, why not?
And lo, here we are. With a day to go before Time comes to visit and two free evenings remaining, I have managed to regain all five levels of Notability in a single week!
Many thanks to Professors Logan and Drake. Without their heroic efforts to eat my food, empty my cellars, and teach my orphans how to start fires, it never would’ve happened.
Edit for the interested: I have 16 BDR and started at Notability 4, so returning to Notability 9 required 1,970 CP of Making Waves.

Congratulation! Maybe something from my little bottle drip into your opportunity deck ;)
Crazy stuff - I went to zee and with the first bit of piracy indulged, I regained my soul. Means that in under a month, I got it back THREE whole times!!! Have a feeling the RNG gods are going to get back at me big time…
I wrote a Classic Short Story today using just two Trade Secrets and no Case Notes. I really shouldn’t attempt this, but couldn’t resist.

Got my Cryptobotanical Rosette going through the Tournament of Lillies for the first time, without a single failure.
With two trade secrets and exactly one case note, Mademoiselle has finally compiled all her knowledge in one Classic Short Story. I’d like to thank all her paramours, current and exs, her friends and rivals, and her never-to-be-husband, for providing enough material in-character and keeping me sane OOC. Here’s to another year full of surprises!
I am not quite sure where to put it, but it seems logical that the casing of the thief with neither face nor name cannot be found :
Today was a big day for my character. She took a trip to Mutton Island, made two strange catches and learnt of her destiny: that she would successfully save her second husband when the Liberation of Night came upon the Bazaar.
My alt finally finished Seeking. Wait, I’m not sure that’s good fortune.
I also drew a second mood card on my main. Now if only I could figure out what I’m going to do with them.
