I almost never discarded a card that gave a Revolutionary favor. They were too valuable, even the Smokey Flophouse. At times I’ve had four of them in my hand, just waiting for the call-in card to come up. (You could argue that I wasted the cards that I didn’t draw because they were already in my hand, I guess.)
