Bug locking me out of the game. Any advice?

I’m not sure there’s anything anyone here can do, but just in case someone’s hit the same problem and worked out how to fix it thought I’d ask.

I was playing the premium story Empress’ shadow, when the game glitched and started showing blank pages instead of actions. (I think it might have been a glitch with an autofire card (which takes an action) that didn’t autofire properly maybe since I was down to 0 actions when I refreshed the card list? Not sure though.) So logged out, logged back on and now I can’t even get into the game at all most of the time (I just get an error) or if it does load, it’s just the blank screen with no actions under story so it’s completely unplayable. I’ve tried accessing the account on a different device and clearing the cache/cookies which didn’t help. Any other suggestions?

Edit: Also might add that I can’t access any of the inventory item tasks either as they’re all outlined in red as unavailable and there’s no bazaar access either. (I think there should be since I was just teaching at sinning Jenny’s when the bug occured.)

Remember to include your character name, your platform (pc or mobile), your OS (windows, android etc) and your time zone!
Support is quite quick and helpful.

Thanks guys, I contacted support but haven’t heard back from them. Fortunately something seems to have reset itself and I can get back into the game now :)
