Another thought: Opposite Of Day Of Agitation

Ok, so some people (And I get why) don’t like the idea of the Day Of Agitation. (I’m cool with it since it is but one day). But EVERYONE likes cool, free, and maybe even profitable stuff.

So my random idea this time: for 24 hours, as a test, rather then a day of harm, a day of giving. Give people stuff. Profitable stuff, fun stuff, rare stuff, really any stuffs. And I don’t mean take them them away. I mean GIVE them to others.

(Note: This would not take the place of the Agitation test. Rather, it compliments it. See how people react when they are being nice rather then beating each other up.)

complements ;)

Don’t people do this anyway? Not their fault if it’s sometimes just a bunch of smelly corpses.

I mean yes and no. There’s only so much one can do with social actions currently.

For a day, make Agitator generates Running Battle and the Hunt is On for other players. ;)

This idea is a potentially interesting use of the &quotDay of Agitation&quot mechanics, though I’m not sure how it fits into the themes of a Campaign. With regard to fitting it into the Campaign, Estelle’s idea of making Agitator work like Running Battle is interesting. But if you want a &quotDay of ‘Giving’&quot to act as a counterbalance to a &quotDay of Agitation&quot, here’s a suggestion–Allow people to &quotgive&quot items that can be used to rid oneself of Mobs, i.e., Second Chances, Hastily Scrawled Notes, etc. One could give them in packets of 5 instead of in packet of 2 per the &quotgiving a gift&quot card (5 makes sense because it takes about 5 of them to get &quotMob&quot from 100 to 0.

EDIT: I remembered incorrectly: At least some of the &quotSecond Chances&quot only reduce one’s &quotMobbed&quot quality by 10. So maybe the chance to send 12 or 16 of them (three of each) would be more useful than only 5.
