A Question Regarding Regrets

A rather personal question, but one I feel should see the light of day. Have you ever done something in the neath you wish you could undo?

During last Neathmass, I chose to keep the confidence of a woman instead of betraying her secret. It seemed like the noble thing to do, but I then realized than disclosing her confession would have allowed a couple to find happiness together. That, I do regret; I wish there was a way to undo it.

I spent time grinding during the Feast instead of refreshing cards, and by the time I drew the encounter card, the Sister Lydia option had been patched. One fewer companion to keep me company.

Apparently, I sent an innocent man to New Newgate in The Rubbery Detective story. Or so it seems, from what I’ve read of the possible outcomes.

Still the Last Constable, twice.

Started the Big rat story and went to Mr. Wines Revels.

And there was another story which had an interesting grind (useless, of course), but I forgot which one.

I misclicked and sent an urchin’s parents to their death.
I misunderstood a situation and smashed a clay person’s love.
And, yes, the Last Constable:

I intervened to save her life. She never forgave me.

Strangely, I don’t regret destroying any Fidgeting Writers, probably because I’m a fidgeting writer myself. It’s like, “toughen up, man!”

…seeking something.

Ever looking at the Struggling Artist.

Oddly enough, I was too busy looking around other attractions in the Neath and saw people complaining about him before giving it a go!
But I’m Looking for something else now!

… A certain incident involving a stick.

Wanted those cherries, huh?
