My alt has the quality at 25. The description is &quotA Hallowmas Reveller of Old–A Keeper of Stories.&quot My main has the quality at 42, and the description is the same: &quotA Hallowmas Reveller of Old–A Keeper of Stories&quot. I’d bet that &quotA Keeper of Stories&quot applies to all characters who have the quality at between 25 and 50, but without more data we cannot yet be sure.

Definitely a bug. My &quotSpirit of Hallowmas&quot was well over 500.
My &quotThe Unexpurgated Gazette: Hallowmas Edition of 1893&quot quality only shows &quot - &quot, apparently it has no level?

Possibly a bug, but this isn’t about The Spirit of Hallowmas, but about the Trust quality (which used to show all the people who had kept your confessions from past years).
