Sometime recently, a new Hallowmas quality was added: "A Hallowmas Reveller of Old". If you participated in Hallowmas before last year’s overhaul, this seems to measure how many confessions you received, especially as the Trust quality is now gone. (For some reason the Exposed by quality for betrayals is still around.)
Edit: All right, I think we have enough data to approximate the different levels.
1-24: One of the Many Masquers
25-49: A Keeper of Stories
50-74: A Devotee of the Holiday
75-99: A Trusted Confessor
100-149: A Living Treasure of Secrets
150-199: A Monarch of Confidences

Hold on a moment. I would assume that quality is under "Seasonal", but I cannot find mine!
EDIT: Got it. "The Aftermath of An Explosion of Revelations 8 - You have discovered a confession of rare value. It may be a little while before you find another." " edited by Tystefy on 7/4/2017
"A Hallowmas Reveller of Old 112 - A Living Treasure of Secrets"
Tystefy, that’s not the quality in question; that’s a progress tracker for new Hallowmas.[li]
edit: also, can this new quality get moved to Accomplishments or Seasonal? Story really is cluttered enough as it is… edited by Jeremy Avalon on 7/4/2017
Huh. The Trust quality was definitely there just yesterday.
That’s too bad, actually. I liked that list with all those with Trust (1), the more faithful ones with Trust (2), and those few cherished contacts who had Trust (3). All gone now…
Anyway:
A Hallowmas Reveller of Old 300 - The Whisper that Extinguishes the Candle
If you received confessions from other players during Hallowmas 1893 or earlier, you should have this quality. If you don’t have it but did take confessions, that’s a valuable data point.
I definitely got a mention in the Unexpurgated Gazette that year - does that mean that my Spirit of Hallowmas quality was removed, and I consequently didn’t get the “Reveller of Old” quality?
