A couple of tiny new things

A change in the air around the Bazaar sidestreets. There’s something, or someone, new at the Bazaar.

And! Sky-Stories can now be converted into tantalising goods from your Possessions - if you have the right combination of qualities.

Well, aren’t we being coy?

Nothing I see yet in terms of storylets, so I suppose I’ll have to do some card drawing there. (Naturally, something interesting will happen when I’m in the middle of a Notability grind and have just burned all cards and actions for the time being.)

Edit: Ah, I think I see. If I read the Sky-Story options right, I suppose I’ll be expecting a gold-bordered card and a new companion some time in the near future?

For those who want to skip the treasure hunting:

The new companion is available in Redemptions in the Bazaar tab, not Sidestreets the location. A Starry-Eyed Scoundrel (28.80 E), gives +2 Shadowy and +2 Persuasive.

An Adventurer! Delightful!

Thank you, Silurica! I doubt I would have found it on my own.

Edit: I played through this, and as usually, the writing is amazing.

I suppose that was, in fact, stated in the original post, though I misinterpreted it thanks to the first sentence. Thank you, Silurica!

Likewise. The reference to sidestreets seemed like a clear direction.

Either way, this was an exceedingly interesting and profitable &quottiny new thing&quot to add. It does make one wonder what reason there is not to convert all of your Sky Stories into Intriguer’s Compendia, and whether perhaps some new uses for either of these hard/impossible-to-grind items might become available in the near future.

Most importantly, thank you! As a long-term endgame player, every little unexpected novelty like this makes me happy to the point of being giddy. We appreciate all the bits, large or small!
