The eggs have their own card in the finishing school. You'll know it when you see it.

I suppose the particular branch in question is the one with Red Science skill check? Or is it the other, geological approach to the Aged Egg?
Incidentally, has anyone been able to locate the eggs in your inventory? I can't seem to find them in neither Possessions, nor Myself tab; this makes inventory keeping somewhat impractical.
And to clarify, do I presume correctly that 21st is the last day when we can set up our eggs, to hatch on the 22nd? I presume the egg-related branches will lock at noon on 22nd?

I'm still not really clear on why you would want to make the permanent arrangement with the Numismatrix. What need would there be to dismiss and rehire her?
I'm wondering since I'm currently thinking of sacking her so that I'll be able to accommodate a student, Lettice, and Cora Bagley. edited by Tsar Koschei on 5/11/2020

Research notes: When research Shapeling topics, there is a new card (has additional requirements). There are now uses for Fluke-Cores, and Your Perpetually Festive Rubbery Friend! There's also one for the Red Science. It requires at least one point in Artisan of the Red Science and (I think) that you are working on a Red Science project. It gives options if you have an Element of Dawn and / or an Impossible Theorem.
Does anyone have the Impossible Theorem option echoed or capped, by any chance?

Got the Gilded Crustacean on my second try!
Cracking a partially invigorated scarlet egg also gave me a new item: Tailfeather Brilliant as Flame. "It glows and flickers in the night. A hat decorated with these would be a tamed bonfire."

I'm wondering since I'm currently thinking of sacking her so that I'll be able to accommodate a student, Lettice, and Cora Bagley. I mean, you basically figure out the reason. The Numismatrix doesn't have much value most of the time, so if you have other assistants that you do want, you may need to put her on the bench to make room. If there's ever a reason to bring her out of retirement, it will be expensive.
That said, there's currently not much reason to bring her out of retirement. I'm not aware of any repeatable use for her expertise. She does tell you things about unique coins, though.

It seems that those that completed the 'Bag a Legend!' storyline have gotten a new, extra option in their university lab...

Requires a single Ravenglass Knife, and is locked if you have a 'Jaguar Blade, Remembereds'.

I’m loving the Terror Birds too! They also remind me of cats. Only slightly more destructive, but just as cute!

Okay but
Whitsun happens on the seventh Sunday after Easter.
Easter 1898 was on April 10.
Whitsun in 1898 was May 29.
It is May 11.
Conclusion: Literally unplayable.

Did someone mention that completing the season with the Persona Engine ES unlocks an option on the red science card in the lab?

Enjoy two of the same companions : P I mean, what companion did you get? It's okay if you have duplicates of young terror-birds because they can apparently be harvested for parts in the future by the others...yeah.

Why exactly would you need to repeatedly rehire the Numismatrix?
Sorry I did not reply sooner, but basicaly the main reason is Futureproofing.
Every person you hire (Or MOST anyway, he says glaring at artist who can't be made useful) has their own profession they are good at for study. This means that idealy you want to juggle who you employ with each project for the best research options.
Numismatrix's big profession is obviously coins. Thing is, right NOW anyway, there AREN'T any coin studies, so you will want to replace her with a better assistant, probably one of the Ambition related ones if you have finished yours.
However, if coin options for study or making are ever introdued, then presumably Numismartix will be one of the best ioptions for such study. In which case you will want to rehire her. Then probably fire her for a different study. Then probably rehire her next time you do coins.
You COULD spend 50 First City Coins on rehiring her EACH time... or spend 3 Hapennies when you get them and never have to pay her fee again like how paying fate for Silk Clad or having a Mercies Aqquaitence for Mecrie work.
TLDR: The reason to hire Numi with 3 hapennies is so you can juggle her in and out with no cost if she ever becomes useful for some kind of coin research. Or if you want to read about youtr various currencies I guess. edited by Kylestien on 5/12/2020
