Has anyone determined which airs of London allow one to progress the Panther's search? I've started taking notes, but it's going to be very slow going.

My experience has been that 90+ seems to do it. I haven't failed yet with the airs at 90 or higher.
I've actually managed to meet her mate, but still no kittens. (Though I did get to go to Parabola and gather spoor again.)

Do we know what Secret Miracles are for?
There was one guess earlier in this thread that these might be related to the number of kittens one gets.

Now that I have another data set, I believe that the number of kittens is not related to the Secret Miracles number. No idea.

Secret Miracles increases the difficulty and rewards from the non-Spoor raising option. It takes a while before you notice the increase if you have high stats though

Does the reward become worth it at some point (for a max stat character), or is it useless to increase the Secret Miracles?

I felt it was useless to increase it as Time, the Healer reduces it and I don't draw the right cards often enough to counter that.
Hell, I'm still waiting to draw a card to get my third chance to help the Panther and get my first kitten. 
Edit: Speak of the devil and all that. My panther has finally had the chance to spend time with her mate.
