Glass/Shroud Question

I chose the Shroud as my side in the War of Illusions, but after reading some of the Glass content on the wiki, I regret it - the Glass have actual magical stuff, while the Shroud cons old widows by banging their fists under the table. Will we ever be able to switch sides in the War of Illusions?

Maybe if they continue the War of Illusions. As it is, your choice only matters for about 6 actions.

Not really. Failbetter seems to have something against the Shroud as they are left out of things frequently. The Glass has some interesting storylines, including a way to increase your Incredibly Peckish, that the Shroud just has no access to. It's rather frustrating as I choose the Shroud for character reasons.
