Is there some hidden trick to this now or is the Random Number God just messing with me? It's been a week since the Feast started and after an initial sighting, Lilac has been nowhere to be seen. Should I sit tight or is this Favorable Circumstances time?

The RNG is just being mean. I'd wait until the last couple of days of the event before resorting to the Favourable Circumstance.
