Storylet or Opportunities locked up

Any idea what could be causing a bug, I have only seen today.
I look at storylet, not proceed with so back to location and pick another storylet or opportunity and opens the same storylet.
Sometimes logging out and in helps, other times not.
I do play back and forward between PC and iphone browser, but never at once, so not sure if this could have any impact.

Cleared a number of files from cache and appears to be working again.

Opened in Chrome it is ok. IE has been having some issues lately.
