as for the title, what is the required (or suggested) level for the four characteristics in order to have a fruitful exploration of the Sea?

Most challenges on the open zee are straightforwards at around 125. Most stuff on the islands is around 115 or 120.

Dangerous and Persuasive are the most useful for zee-travel. Watchful is useful on all of the islands.
