Are the new lodgings mutually exclusive?

The new lodgings that you can obtain via the "Taste of Lacre" at 5, are mutually exclusive? Meaning, if I take one I can't have the others and if so, is the temple good?

I have all but one of the 5 card lodgings and all of the new 3 card lodgings.
So no, they're not mutually exclusive.
At least if you get them through lacre at Penstock's Wicket anyway. I can't imagine them being mutually exclusive through the normal means either.
