So, I've been doing some storylets at the Empress' Court, and read ahead a bit. Is there any way to get unbanished, if such a fate should befall you? I would find it strange that you could permanently lose access to an area, considering even the main 4 areas are available to a capped character.

As of YET, there is no known way to be un-banished from court. It's strongly implied at several points that it's not permanent, but we know nothing beyond that.
