Low-level sources of Glim and Surface Currency?

I've done just about everything that isn't fatelocked on my main account, so I decided to roll up another and see what's what. I chose Light Fingers as my ambition to him, and I'm at a point where I need to go to Wolfstack Docks.
So, what would be the most expedient way to do so for a low-level character? I have around 20 in Shadowy and Persuasive and 10ish in Watchful and Dangerous at the moment.

Watchful 26 you can gain 9 surface currency a turn. In Veilgarden if you play decoy for a magician you gain 1 surface currency, 1 glim, and 10 moon pearls. I can't help you much beyond that I'm afraid.
