Do the keen eyed Lapidiary or the Secular Missionary's husband ever give you any substantial reward? I mean, something proportional to the amount of time spent helping them? At first I was happy to help, but... yeah...

The Lapidary eventually gives you a unique Weapon. The Missionary doesn't lead anywhere at present, but I'm sure a grand ending is planned.
