I wonder, is fate the only way to get the extra two ha'pennies needed to buy this machine?

Let's start compiling information for future guide.

Studying red egg in your lab requires 125 ordinary research, nets you 1 CP of Shapeling Arts and 1 Trembling Amber.

Already used up my coins on a Tailor's augumentation by not realizing that it costs coins. :/
Pretty nifty clothing item obtained by turning an aged fully enlightened egg into clothing:

I find myself paralyzed by all the different options on offer. Perhaps I'll just start trying everything with reckless abandon.

The glasswork bonus isn't worth much since we already have the viric suit,
but that BDR stat is nice.

Apparently there are four different possible outcomes from the tailor? I certainly wonder what the rest are like...

Thanks very much for sharing.

So it seems they're not exactly much when it comes to the base stats, but they have the respectable buffs (which will probably help with the Bone Market stuff later) and Parabolic skills.

Looks like the 18 Ha'penny option allows you to get everything: 12 for clothing, 4 for gifted eggs and 5 for the machine.
Creating a egg-trading thread might be a good idea, if it works the way i think it works.

I think the +2BDR coat was also a first?

What's your take? My impression was it probably produces unique results you can't hatch on your own.

I wouldn't hold out much hope. It seems to be the Fate component of the festival.

I meant that you could get a 2 BDR clothing from Light Fingers! and Heart's Desire! (pretty sure), while boots are the first in slot to do that. I guess they're a first for players with other ambitions.

When it comes to eggs, I'm pretty sure that's how it works.
