From last week's discussion:
It was mp who pointed out that card's frequency was multiplied by the number of requirements. Here are some examples with the frequency that some cards had: Amanuensis had 160%, Singer 300%, Artist 300% conflict cards 200%.
All of these work properly now so they will seem to appear less while cards with single requirement will appear more. The issue with the GG cards is just related to RNG.
Buuuut! Noticed something odd with some cards in December-January. Most notable were that I got the same mood card 3 times in a day and 1 week later I got the other one 2 times in a row (!!!) and a 3rd time in the same day.

The names of one new Heist and one new Expedition are now visible. I am told the new Heist is definitely related to the Ambition updated. Does anyone know or suspect if the Expedition is Ambition content?
FYI to peek: Begin an Expedition, "Perhaps Not" out, and then view the requirements list on the storylet to continue.

Fate-locked branches that you are eligible to play are still highlighted in yellow. It seems that branches you can't play (either due to not enough Fate or not meeting other requirements) are grayed out.

Has anyone else lost the ability to go into the shuttered palace? Like... where "the life of the mind" is or "the hunt"? (Sorry I can't remember what that is called."
Also, I have "Restored to the Court of Her Enduring Majesty" so I'm not currently kicked out. This just happened with no indication as to why.

That's what I'm asking!
No new Heists or Expeditions are showing up for me as options I can select when embarking on one. However, after I select an Expedition (or Heist), a new storylet becomes visible because I have a value for "An Expedition" (or "Planning a Heist"). The unlock requirements for this storylet lists the names of all the Expeditions (Heists) in game code, including a few that continue to not exist. These lists include new names that weren't there last week.
Someone on reddit confirmed that the Heist is part of Bag a Legend!. No one has told me yet whether the Expedition is, but based on skimming posts other people have made, it sounds like it is.
The existence of the Envoy's Heist was visible in this fashion a few weeks before the content was actually released. Possibly the newfangled Expeditions as well. That's mostly why I'm asking: I want to know if it's released content or a sneak peak into planned content.

Thank you. I was stuck in the old map & needed to log out & dump my cache & come back. When you said it THAT way, it dawned on me, I didn't see the new map when I went in. Thank you for the brain check!

Apologies in advance if this isn't the right place to ask about this; I've poked around the forum for an existing answer to this, but couldn't find one. I was just wondering whether anyone knows what happened to the "Open a way to other parts of the City" storylet that used to be in Lodgings? I was looking forward to plying some tigers with rats, but can't seem to find the option to do so now...

I cant confirm this but it seems to have from what I heard disappeared when the new map came, I suppose one can only go through mr inch now.

From the recent patch notes:
“Players with access to the Science Lab may now move their entire Voluminous Library to the Lab for research purposes. Doing so will remove the related card from their opportunity deck”
What is the Science Lab?

Currently, players pursuing the Bag a Legend ambition can get a science lab, it's used in that Ambition. The devs have said that eventually everyone else will too.

The universal storylet from playing Feducci's Wedding is no longer available everywhere for me. I'm glad for this! It was a common piece of feedback, and with the map updates uncluttering locations, I'm glad FBG took the opportunity to clean that one up as well.
But... where did it go? Did it just disappear completely, or is it hiding in a place I haven't looked yet?

Oh wow, I hadn't even noticed that change! Which should say something about how often that storylet gets ignored. It's now located in the main Lodgings.
Now they just need to move unwrapping a boxed cat...

Much appreciated! I know for a fact that I looked in that exact place, but it still took me three tries to find it when I was staring right at it. Which... reinforces your point.

I literally unboxed my cat because of this. This is the cleanest my Fallen London has been in years. And then in three months we'll be on a different system for ES seasons and the pinned hub might not be there anymore!
