Excellent, so allow me to start!
After losing a soul a while ago due to failing some deviless and 90% roll, i recently recovered it in a bundle bag.
Now, for first time, i got City vices card named "What profit?".
Since only drawback i noticed when having no soul was that i could not get Hell favours during wedding ceremony, i consider selling my soul this time.
I would appreciate spoilers on PM about most profitable way. Is it by acquiring fabulous diamond or something else?

[spoiler]The option that requires being a POSI is the most profitable option.
In addition to the diamond, it also one of the few ways to raise Hedonist above 10. Y'know, if you're into that sort of thing.[/spoiler]

Friend of mine is going quite stupid and dangerous road of Name seeking. Her question is about St.Destin's Candle and Hallowmas. Are seekers eligible for usual "A thud at the window" or they have to deal with more expensive "A greedy thud at the window" and really should acquire this Drownie thing in advance?

Seekers are perfectly eligible for the usual option. Only the combination of SMEN and PtPT: The Drownies opens the other, slightly more expensive option (and I think - but am not 100% certain - that even then you can decide which of them to play. The wiki at least doesn't list them as mutually exclusive).
