If you gain a spouse from the Foreign Office, does it prevent you from acquiring one of the home comforts? What if you later break it off with your spouse?

It is a decision between a Spouse and a Home Comfort, though I'm not sure if divorce will let you pick up the Home Comfort without spending extra Fate.

In the third coil of the Labyrinth, I don't have this option any longer:
"The third coil
The third coil is where the Labyrinth of Tigers keeps its human..."
Am I missing some requirement to see it, or did I get locked out of it?

There are two possible reasons:
1) You have at least 13 Making Progress in the Labyrinth of Tigers
2) Your "The Hunt is On!" progress quality is at 8 or higher.

Hallowmas was completely overhauled last year, so there could well be more changes made this year. But in summary: you can get the confessions of various NPCs, you get seven free confessions as the holiday progresses and can grind more, you can upgrade specific companions with specific combinations of confessions, and at the end of the holiday you can keep or betray those confessions and be featured in the Unexpurgated Gazette.
You can also get a Destiny at Hallowmas, though the process is a little more complicated than at other holidays.

I have both a spouse and a home comfort from that story line. It's been too long for me to remember how I acquired either... but for what it's worth I can't remember having to make a choice between the two.

I'm a POSI looking to become an agent, and trying to inch my spending secrets from 3 to 4, but it's been a coupla weeks and I haven't seen the "Choosing a Side" opportunity card that is supposed to pop up (according to the wiki). Am I missing something?

Could someone let me know the effects of the different endings of the Velocipede Squad fate story? I keep reading stuff about choosing the "right ending" (talking purely mechanically, not narratively) but I can't find any concrete information.

Expose them locks you out of the velocipede carousel. Trying to reform them locks you out after a few more trips through. And the other ending unlocks an extra option at the end of the carousel.
