Stuck in a flinty situation

Hello!
I've recently returned to FL after a hiatus, and I'm a bit stuck on a fate-locked tale. I got to the point in Flint where you leave London from the Docks- but I was cautioned that I should have higher stats before doing so. So I left to grind a little. In the meantime, I notice that the Docks aren't available anymore.
Is there a way to return there just to launch to the Elder Continent or will I have to unlock the Docks properly?

Wolfstack Docks is a mid-game area that you naturally unlock after finishing most Watchmaker's Hill content. I'd suggest you put Flint on hold until you unlock the Docks naturally or progress even further first, but if you don't want to wait you can open a route from your lodgings.

I'm not aware of an option exclusively for Flint, but if you've progressed a little bit in the Dangerous content, you may be able to use the "Ways of Wolfstack Docks" opportunity card to briefly pay your way there (for 50 Jade Fragments).
You'll need A Name Scrawled In Blood between 3 and 5 to get that card.
