A Boxful of Intrigue after Affair of the Box?

Hello there!
I have a question: The Boxful of Intrigue is a carousel, but... if I progress with Affair of the Box, do I lose the Boxful of Intrigue carousel? If that is so, I may have to repeat it to grind everything I need.

No, it will reset and continue. You can get some rather high values in Empire's Kingmaker, since you don't lose any when you cash in.
