All Contacts Inaccessible?

I think I've found a bug, but I'm not sure. I'm trying to send a social interaction but every last one of my contacts, 27 people atm, is listed as being "somewhere else." Except I know one of them IRL and he hasn't played the game in a month or so and was most definitely still in London when he last played. So something seems a bit screwy here.
Anyone else gotten this issue?

One of the options from "The Neath's Mysteries." I checked on all 4 of them and had the same issue.
After I wrote this I tried to use the add new option to find a suitable new contact to send the action to, but as soon as I was redirected to the send page, the person I just added was also listed as "somewhere else."
Sent in a bug report, just in case.

Aaaaaaaalllright, closed and reopened the app and it suddenly corrected itself. WEIRD, but I'll take it.
