Weird message and new quality

So I recently received a message that said this: "In Fallen London: You have a message! Go to your Messages tab to see it." An occurrence! Your 'Causing the Wrong Sort of Interest' Quality is now 2 - A closer look: examine your messages!" and I couldn't find anything in my messages that pertained to it. It also isn't in the wiki. Any thoughts?

But I think no longer. I tested on an alt and no living story message. Maybe FBG saw this and realised it was an omission.

Living stories don't seem to have starting messages anymore. And I'm not sure how this one works, as it's supposed to be accessed through the message tab. Message tab stories seem to be removed?
