I'm a little stuck on this quest and says I need a diplomat in the making; going places and I have tried the wiki, but so far, nothing is telling me anything other than what comes next in the quest. Any help would be appreciated!

Do you have the way to Wilmot's End? That's where the Foreign Office is located.

I actually do and I have quests that say they are unlocked by not having business in Wilmot's end. I've done them about 10 times each ( each quest line as there are two ) and so far, i've only managed to get dramatic tension out of it.

The Foreign Office only unlocks after you've been (permanently) thrown out of the Empress' Court, though...

In-fact, I did that quest line about five days ago and I am thrown out permanently of the Court as I did the quest line and I can no-longer access the area via the shuttered palace.

In that case, everything is clear! You can either wait for an opportunity card, or go directly to your lodgings, click on the Local Gossip and speak with the Bohemian Sculptress there.

Thanks! I was wondering if I was missing something since the Wiki wasn't telling me if there was an opportunity card or what I was missing or... if maybe I was blind all along and didn't check everywhere.
