I don't seem to have any options at the Labyrinth excluding that of "The Bazaar's Emporium of Educational Curiosities". Do I need anything in particular to unlock the coils?

Yes, you do. You need to finish any business with Mr Inch at the Wolfstack Docks first (A Procurer of Savage Beasts 5). He'll then invite you to visit him in the Labyrinth.
