Yep, that's been there during the election. Who knows, it might stick around between events when we get things like the Hallowmas newspaper edition.

I wonder if they will move the pre-existing qualities there, as well. I'm pretty sure I have a Hallowmas quality hanging around somewhere. Lost in the mists, among the many, many other storylines I've played.

Yeah there's a bunch of pre-existing qualities that are linked to seasonal events
Currently in Circumstance there's 12 days of Mr Sacks, and an Indecent at Millicents; Under Story there's A Veteran of All Hallows' Eve 1891, Trust, Confessions, Lilac's Inclination, Exposed By, and Taste of Lacre
Not sure whether the Skin Bound Memory qualities & the Gazette Hallowmas Editions would count as seasonal since they affect you year round - A Participant in the 1894 Election got put under accomplishments even though it was handed out after the Seasonal qualities category was put into place
