Can't delete two cards

As of this morning, I can't delete "A Visit from Slowcake's Amanuensis", and even though I took an action on the card it won't go away. Similarly, I can't delete "An Unsigned Message". They don't have "Cannot Delete" buttons under them; instead, they have no buttons at all.
Has anybody else seen this?

I haven't seen this behaviour but this - http://community.failbettergames.com/topic21710-user-style-opportunity-protector-whitelisted.aspx
seems to do what you describe. Any chance you might have installed it?

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
No Calling Cards or boxed cats please. Will take dupes on the affluent photographers. Other social invitations welcome. Parabolan Kittens usually available, send me an in-game social action saying you want one and I will get one to you as soon as possible.

If you happen to like using that addon but want to delete an opportunity card, there are some alternatives that don't involve deleting+reinstalling/editing the mod; which might be helpful for anyone reading this who is in a similar situation as Jonquil. :-)
1) Switch to another web browser temporarily.
2) If you have a laptop (or any other PC really), using its browser is an option.
3) Most of the time I just grab my mobile/cell phone, use its browser to discard the unwanted opportunity card (on the rare occasion it's necessary to do so), and carry on.
