I finally qualify :')
It took me a long, long time to qualify for the Correspondents' Lounge, but I eventually kicked myself when I found it by chance one day, after pondering the clues kindly given XD I feel so accomplished and proud XD

If they echoed the piece of text that comes with it, yes. But some players don't think about echoing, in which case it would be impossible to prove. That's why I decided against making it a category. Also, I think most people who have item A have item B, too.

Once you have item B you can access the text at any time for 1 action, so it's always possible to prove.

I feel the titles for officers are lacking a bit. Perhaps something more mysterious suiting the names of the classes?
Aside from the obvious, I suggest Elgar of the Enigma Variations (1899) or Dorabella, the recipient of an as of yet unbroken code Elgar wrote.
