Trying to find Black Wings Absinthe

I've been working my way through the Ambition: Bag A Legend story, but hit a snag at "Ambition: Bag A Legend! 24".
I think may have accidentally sold the Black Wings Absinthe I need, because it's not in my inventory and there isn't any option to progress at Watchmaker's Hill anymore. That means I can't progress until I locate more. But I'm having trouble figuring out where to go for that.

I've heard tell Veilgarden's a good place to buy wines. Especially if you have particular tastes.
